Can any two generators be synchronised?

No. Synchronisation depends on generator and alternator characteristics, controllers, breakers, protection, communications and the site arrangement. EMPS must assess compatibility and the intended operating mode before confirming a synchronisation scope.

Does synchronisation include load sharing?

Load sharing may be part of a suitable parallel-generation design, but it is not automatic in every synchronisation enquiry. The required control logic, measurements and protection must be reviewed against the equipment and project requirements.
